She makes sure our teams are supported, our schedules stay organised, and our customer service remains consistent across all sites.

Whether she is coordinating staff, managing payroll, or streamlining internal systems, Andreea brings clarity and structure to the business. Her ability to balance the financial side with the human side of operations has been a key factor in the steady growth of the business.
