Ionuț has been a valued member of Charlemont Laundrette Ltd since 2015 and plays a leading role in the daily management of Leeson Laundry. As Manager, he oversees shop operations, machine performance, workflow organisation, customer service standards, and stock control, ensuring everything runs efficiently from open to close.

He is closely involved in maintaining quality control across all services, including wash, dry and fold, dry cleaning, and shirt service. Ionuț takes pride in delivering consistent, high standard results while ensuring that every customer receives professional and friendly service.
